Who can join PMVA?+
Food trucks, trailers, carts, mobile beverage, retail and service operators, caterers, pop-ups, and other legitimate regional mobile businesses.
Do I need to be based in Philadelphia?+
No. PMVA is Philadelphia-focused, but qualified vendors throughout the surrounding region may join.
Do I have to be fully compliant before joining?+
No. Approved businesses may begin provisionally and receive up to 90 days to complete compliance, unless PMVA grants an extension.
Does PMVA organize events?+
No. PMVA does not coordinate or organize events. Any opportunity is clearly attributed to the actual coordinating organization.
Does joining the founding list cost anything?+
No. Joining the list is free and creates no payment or membership obligation.
